So what's the gig?

Kolmeo is on the hunt for a Senior Product Manager to lead the creation and delivery of product that solves the right problems for the right people. Reporting to the Executive Manager – Product, you'll set the vision, own the roadmap, and drive outcomes across the full product lifecycle — from early discovery through to delivery and commercial impact.

This isn't a "manage the backlog and attend standups" role. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy across Technology, Design, Delivery, and Customer, moving fast, staying aligned, and shipping with confidence. At Kolmeo we measure success here by outcomes, not activity - that's central to the success of this role.

Our ideal candidate

You've built a solid career in product and you know what good looks like at every stage - from rough early ideas to mature product optimisation. You think strategically and act decisively, cutting through competing priorities to make clear calls on the stuff that matters.

You're not just solving the problem either - you're thinking about what makes a product something people want to come back to. You bring instinct about what will resonate with customers, and you back it with data.

You're the kind of person who has a clear roadmap that the business trusts, knows exactly where the next 90+ days of product thinking is coming from, and wouldn't dream of shipping something without knowing how you'll measure whether it worked and where it can improve in future iterations.

A call-out on AI

At Kolmeo we lean hard into AI to boost productivity, so we're exclusively looking for someone who is already using AI to improve the quality and speed of their work. You don't need to be an AI engineer, but you should be comfortable using AI to flesh out ideas, research, analyse, prototype, write, test ideas, and build lightweight product artefacts. This isn't a nice-to-have - it's how we expect great product work to get done here.

What you'll do:

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, making informed decisions that deliver impactful solutions
• Set the vision and strategy for your product area, connecting the detail of what's being built to the broader direction of the business
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, leveraging data and customer insight to drive improvements aligned with strategic goals
• Build strong relationships across Sales, Customer, and leadership so that what gets built is informed by the right people at the right time
• Manage the backlog with sharp prioritisation, balancing customer impact, business value, and delivery effort
• Actively seek out customer insight through interviews, NPS, support data, and Customer Success collaboration — turning signals into clear product decisions
• Partner with Delivery to translate approved work into release plans, staying accountable to timelines and making scope trade-offs early
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Tech Leads to ensure what's built is technically sound and scalable
• Collaborate with Customer and Marketing to tell the story behind every release
• Mentor and develop product team members, lifting capability — not just directing output
• Stay tightly aligned with the Executive Manager – Product on portfolio priorities and strategic direction.

You'll succeed if you:

• Have 7+ years in Product, with at least 3+ as a Senior Product Manager (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
• Have proven B2B2C or B2C experience across the full product lifecycle in an Agile SaaS environment
• Are fluent in modern product discovery practices — continuous discovery, jobs-to-be-done, MVP definition, feature slicing, and iterative delivery
• Have strong data and analytics fluency, including defining instrumentation, interpreting usage data, and connecting metrics to commercial outcomes
• Can run discovery, definition, and alignment sessions that move things forward and leave people clear on what happens next
• Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adapting across audiences from engineers to executives
• Have a track record of delivering against hard deadlines, making sound scope and quality trade-offs without losing sight of the outcome
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments where priorities shift and information is incomplete

Jump to the top of the list if you also have:

• Experience with payments rails or financial transaction platforms - eCommerce or fintech experience is a big plus!
• Proven experience designing for non-professional end users at scale in a consumer-facing product
• No issue wading through ambiguity with a mission to create strong clarity
• Experience leading and growing small product teams.
