At SPL, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Delivery Manager to oversee the success of our Linen Hub operations. You'll play a critical role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service, linen availability is maintained, and operational processes run smoothly while helping grow our presence in the local market.

- Ensure linen stock, transport schedules, and daily hire operations are managed efficiently and accurately.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities, building local relationships, and promoting Linen Hub services.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily Linen Hub operations, including order packing, stock movement, replenishment, and customer collections.
- Coordinate deliveries, transport schedules, and inventory levels to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with customer account holders and housekeeping teams.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and proactively identify service risks before they impact retention.
- Monitor and maintain operational systems including Bundle, RADARO, and Linen Hub platforms.
- Promote Linen Hub services within the local market through customer visits, networking, and lead generation activities.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in customer service, logistics, operations, inventory management, or a similar service delivery environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience using operational systems, transport management systems, or inventory platforms.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to be hands-on in supporting daily operations when required.
