  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly for face-to-face customer meetings across your portfolio.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience within the energy, utilities, telecommunications, or property sectors.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive experience is desirable).
  • Experience managing customer contract renewals and retention activities.

What You'll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of community clients throughout their partnership with LPE.
  • Build trusted customer relationships through regular communication and regular face-to-face site visits.
  • Manage the customer contract lifecycle, including supporting timely renewals and improving customer retention.
  • Visit each community throughout the year to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and ensure service expectations are met.
  • Work closely with Sales, Billing Services, Customer Support, and Operations to resolve customer issues and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional LPE products and services, generating qualified leads for the Sales team.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives, including Broadband, Battery, and MUSCO solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account activity within CRM.
  • Help strengthen LPE's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships.

Why Join LPE?

  • Be part of a growing ASX-listed Australian energy company delivering smarter energy solutions to communities.
  • Play a key role in customer retention, service excellence, and business growth.
  • Join a collaborative, high-performing Service Delivery Team.
  • Enjoy a varied role with a mix of office-based work and regular travel to meet customers face-to-face.
  • Build meaningful relationships where your contribution makes a visible difference.
  • Ideally based in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, with regular travel across your customer portfolio.
  • Enjoy a supportive team culture and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Attractive Salary Package with Car Allowance
