You will be joining a close-knit and technically capable team where collaboration, continuous improvement and customer success are highly valued.
This role combines technical delivery, client engagement and ongoing improvement initiatives across a diverse customer base.
You'll work with modern Microsoft technologies while supporting organisations through infrastructure upgrades, cloud initiatives, cybersecurity enhancements and day-to-day operational requirements.
The position offers a mix of project and support work, allowing you to develop both your technical expertise and consulting capability.
Deliver advanced support across Microsoft 365 environments and related infrastructure.
Manage and resolve escalated technical issues across multiple client environments.
Contribute to cloud migration, deployment and optimisation projects.
Implement and maintain security controls including MFA, endpoint protection and compliance frameworks.
Support Microsoft Intune device management and endpoint administration.
Perform system reviews and recommend improvements to security, reliability and user experience.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and provide practical technology advice.
Assist with documentation, standards development and service improvement initiatives.
You are a confident IT professional who enjoys working across varied environments and building trusted relationships with clients.
You'll ideally bring:
5+ years' experience within an MSP, technology consultancy or outsourced IT services environment.
Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Conditional Access.
Solid understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory technologies.
Exposure to networking fundamentals including firewalls, switching and VLANs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Microsoft security technologies, patch management and endpoint compliance programs.
Additional experience with Azure, AWS, Veeam, ITIL, Cisco technologies or Apple device management will be highly regarded.
Industry certifications are advantageous but not essential.
