We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tax Assistant / Finance Coordinator to join our finance team. In this role, you will support daily accounting and tax-related operations, assist with financial reporting, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with finance professionals to maintain accurate financial records and contribute to the smooth operation of the finance department. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tax documents, returns, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and accounting documentation.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense claims.
• Reconcile bank statements, financial transactions, and general ledger accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding finance-related matters.
• Assist with audits by preparing supporting documents and financial information.
• Maintain organized financial records and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
