Technical Account Manager, CORECORE is First Focus's managed productivity service, helping organisations improve how work gets done through AI, automation, knowledge management and modern workplace technologies. Rather than measuring success by tickets closed or infrastructure maintained, we measure it by how much better our clients work.
We're looking for someone who can see beyond today's IT challenges and help clients design how work gets done tomorrow. You'll combine strategic thinking, technical understanding and commercial insight to uncover opportunities, drive adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What success looks likeYou may come from consulting, customer success, business transformation, digital workplace, technology strategy or a similar advisory role. MSP experience or multi-client support is favourable.
