This is a career-defining opportunity to launch and lead the ANZ business for Capillary Technologies, a recognised global leader in AI-powered customer loyalty and engagement with more than 400 enterprise customers across 30+ countries. As they make a significant investment in Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader to establish their market presence, win flagship enterprise customers, and build a high-performing commercial organisation.


The Role

This isn't a typical sales leadership role. It's an opportunity to shape a region, influence global strategy, and build a lasting business, backed by a proven platform, global delivery capability, strong customer references and significant investment.


Reporting to the global leadership team you’ll lead enterprise sales across key industries including Retail, Hospitality, Travel, QSR and Consumer Goods. Initially, you'll lead from the front, opening doors, closing strategic enterprise deals and establishing Capillary's reputation in the market. As the business grows, you'll recruit and lead the ANZ commercial team, creating the strategy, culture and capability that drives long-term success.


What you'll do

  • Build and execute Capillary's ANZ growth strategy.
  • Win new enterprise customers and develop a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Lead complex, consultative SaaS sales engagements from strategy through to close.
  • Build trusted relationships with CEOs, CMOs, Chief Digital Officers and other executive decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with global Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Solutions teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Represent Capillary as a market leader across industry events, conferences and executive forums.
  • Recruit, mentor and lead the ANZ sales organisation as the business scales.


What you'll bring

  • 10+ years' success selling Enterprise SaaS solutions, including senior sales leadership experience.
  • Proven experience building markets, launching new regions or scaling high-growth technology businesses.
  • Deep expertise in Loyalty, CRM, MarTech, Customer Engagement or Digital Commerce solutions.
  • A strong executive network across Retail, Hospitality, Travel, QSR or Consumer sectors.
  • A consultative, value-led sales approach with exceptional commercial and negotiation skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition and resilience to build something significant.
