Due to our exceptional regional growth, we need to strengthen our team with an experienced Technical Specialist, preferably with an information management background.
What will you do:
Act as a technical expert to our clients during their digital transformation and business process automation project deliveries.
Work closely with our customer success and consulting teams, transforming project architecture and requirements documentation into product deliveries.
Assisting clients and channel partners with product and technical support queries.
Deliver knowledge transfer and technical onboarding to clients’ technical teams, and to channel partners.
What you’ll bring:
A proven track record in hands-on technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
Strong written communication skills including technical documentation and guides.
A solid understanding of enterprise application architecture, including networking, security and relational databases.
Knowledge and experience with virtualization – VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V.
An understanding of app containerisation and orchestration, including Docker and K8.
Nice to haves:
Experience with Linux, Java and PostgreSQL.
Exposure to enterprise storage, NAS, SAN and iSCSI, and EMC.
Knowledge of line-of-business applications, including ERP systems, HRMS, etc.
Experience/Exposure to Cloud (AWS and Azure) Computing and Storage technology.
