A global technology leader delivering enterprise support across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with a focus on post-sales issue resolution and customer success.


The Opportunity

Rate: $500/day inclusive of super MAX

Duration: 12-month contract (extension possible)

Location: Sydney Candidates ONLY (fully remote)

Requirement: Australian Citizenship

Working hours: 7:00am–3:30pm or 9:00am–5:30pm (Sydney time)


Join as a Technical Support Engineer providing escalated, reactive support:

  • Manage 1 to 2 cases per day
  • Resolve errors, performance issues and how-to queries
  • Work with customers, developers and internal teams
  • Apply AI and critical thinking to support scenarios
  • Ramp up in 3–4 weeks, independent by around 3 months


Required Skills

  • 1 to 2+ years in technical support or Microsoft ecosystem roles
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
  • Solid understanding of networking, SQL, web technologies and coding fundamentals
  • Ability to engage technical stakeholders at peer level


Desirable Skills

  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Experience with SQL Server, IIS, ADFS, Exchange or Visual Studio
  • Background in on-prem environments or consulting/pre-sales
  • Exposure to AI or automation tools
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree (preferred)
