UKG Functional Consultant

DXC have an exciting role for an experienced UKG Functional Consultant.   The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end UKG Pro WFM solutions for our clients, ensuring their unique business needs are met through expert guidance, configuration, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the full implementation lifecycle of UKG Pro WFM solutions, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their WFM processes and identifying opportunities for optimisation within UKG Pro WFM
• Provide expert advice on UKG Pro WFM modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, and Advanced Scheduling to enhance clients' workforce management capabilities.
• Train and mentor client teams on UKG Pro WFM functionalities, best practices, and system maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in UKG Pro WFM and industry trends, continuously enhancing your expertise.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies within the DXC WFM Practice.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering solutions that meet their specific needs and objectives.
• Serve as a UKG champion across all levels of the organisation.

 Qualifications:

• Certified UKG Pro WFM Consultant with 5+ years’ experience
• Experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and migration to UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong UKG functional consultant with skills in configuring and customising UKG pro modules
• Previous implementation project experience
• Proven track record of delivering projects within time and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
