Love media, current affairs and building great customer relationships?
Join Streem's Corporate Account Management team and help some of Australia's leading organisations get the most from our media intelligence platform.
Note: This is a relationship-focused role centred on customer success, onboarding, platform training and strategic support (not cold calling or new business development). If you enjoy working with customers, solving problems and staying close to the news cycle, we'd love to hear from you!
About the role
As an Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of enterprise clients across a diverse range of industries. You'll become a trusted partner, helping customers maximise the value of Streem through proactive support, platform expertise and strong relationship management.
Working closely with internal teams, you'll advocate for your clients, identify opportunities to improve their experience and ensure they have the tools and insights they need to respond to the media landscape as it evolves.
No two days are the same, but you'll spend your time:
Building trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
Onboarding new users and delivering engaging platform training (virtually and in person).
Configuring and maintaining client accounts, including creating keyword and Boolean searches.
Helping customers solve challenges and uncover new ways to use the platform.
Monitoring developing news and escalating significant media events when required.
Producing reports, media summaries, transcripts and other client deliverables.
Working closely with Product, Support and other internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
Ensuring client requests are completed accurately and on time.
