We are a leading technology company delivering innovative P.O.S (Point of Sale) and Payment's solutions that empower businesses across hospitality and retail. With a focus on driving growth, operational efficiency, and customer success, we are expanding our Revenue Operations team to strengthen our business intelligence and analytics capability. The Revenue Operations team partners closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Technology teams to deliver trusted insights, improve reporting, and support strategic business decisions. We are seeking an experienced BI Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of Power BI reporting solutions.
This role would suit someone with at least two years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics who is comfortable translating complex business requirements into practical reporting solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end delivery of Power BI dashboards and reports, including requirements gathering, data preparation, modelling, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
Develop and maintain Power BI semantic models, data transformations, measures, and visualizations using Power Query and DAX.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, define key metrics, and translate business needs into scalable and user-friendly BI solutions.
Extract, clean, validate, and interpret data from multiple business systems to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and reliable.
Work with cross-functional teams to analyse business performance across products, customers, sales, revenue, payments, and operational processes.
Perform data reconciliation, quality assurance, and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies in reporting.
Support business users in understanding and adopting BI dashboards, including providing guidance, documentation, and training where required.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, automation, dashboard performance, and operational efficiency.
Ideally you will have the following:
At least two years of professional experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience independently delivering Power BI reports and dashboards from initial requirements through to deployment and ongoing support.
Strong practical experience with Power BI, including Power Query, data modelling, DAX, dashboard design, and report performance optimisation.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying, joining, validating, and analysing data from relational databases or cloud data platforms.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
The ability to investigate data issues independently and work with relevant teams to identify and resolve root causes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to present findings and challenge requirements constructively.
The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative working style and the ability to build effective relationships across business and technology teams.
It would be advantageous if you have the following: (not essential)
Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and any experience using AI to complement your skillset.
Programming or software development experience using languages and frameworks such as Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar technologies.
Experience working with CRM or ERP systems such as HubSpot and NetSuite.
Exposure to SaaS, Payments, Point of Sale, revenue operations, finance, or commercial analytics.
Familiarity with Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or other Microsoft data and automation tools.
