About the Role
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of your territory and be responsible for driving new business, nurturing key accounts, and representing a market‑leading product suite. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and build long‑term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business across the Large Format Graphics market
Manage and grow existing customer relationships
Achieve revenue, margin, and profit targets
Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline
Prepare proposals, forecasts, and account plans
Represent the brands wide format printing solutions with confidence and expertise
Contribute to the growth, development, and capability uplift of the Perth team
About You
Experience in B2B sales OR a strong desire to build a sales career
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and commercially minded
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Experience in printing, capital equipment, or technical solutions is advantageous
Passion for developing others, supporting team growth, and contributing to a positive culture
