Lead in Cascadia's sales endeavors in Australia with assistance from the Canadian team. This role involves overseeing the entire sales process from start to finish, including:
Prospect and identify potential new clients in the Australian mining market through thorough research and analysis.
Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to engage with prospective clients and introduce them to Cascadia's solutions.
Organizing and coordinating meetings, presentations, and demonstrations either on-site or through virtual platforms like Microsoft Teams
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term partnerships.
Build a strong network within the Australian mining and resources sector.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer needs. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to inform strategic planning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within mining technology.
Represent Cascadia at mining conferences, industry events, and customer engagements.
