About the Role This is a varied role that combines
business development, customer support, and sales administration. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, conducting virtual product demonstrations, and delivering outstanding customer service.
The position is primarily office-based in
North Ryde, with occasional shifts at our Sydney CBD retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer and referral partner relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Deliver virtual product demonstrations and customer workshops.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business and sales objectives.
About You
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or contact centre environments.
- Confidence making outbound calls and engaging customers over the phone.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, resilient, and target-driven attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
Highly Regarded
- Experience within healthcare, medical devices, retail, wellness, or customer success.
- Qualifications in Sports Science, Health Science, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
- Experience delivering presentations, product demonstrations, or virtual workshops.

- Applicants must have unrestricted Australian working rights.
- This role is highly phone-based and suited to someone who enjoys working towards sales targets.
- Approximately 2–4 shifts per month at our Elizabeth Street store and one Saturday per month at our Sydney CBD store (with a day off in lieu the following Monday).
