Who We Are

Forsite Connected Safety is a division of Acusensus — an Australian technology company with operations across Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and New Zealand. Founded in 2018, Acusensus has built world-leading AI and sensing technology for road safety. Forsite extends that capability to protect the people who work beside traffic: road construction crews, traffic management operators, and roadside assistance workers.

Our purpose is to ensure every road-side worker gets home safely. We achieve this through real-time AI sensing, wearable technology and connected vehicle systems that detect hazards, alert workers and provide the data to drive lasting change in workzone safety.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Entrepreneurial Ownership: You aren't just following a playbook; you are building the sales and marketing infrastructure for a rapidly scaling division. While we are part of the global Acusensus family, we maintain a "get-it-done" startup vibe where collaboration across R&D, services, and finance is the key to our success.
  • Innovation at Scale: Work with cutting-edge AI, wearable technology, and connected systems that are setting new global standards for roadside safety.

The Opportunity: A Role Where You Can Make Your Mark

The Commercial & Customer Success Manager is a pivotal growth role within Forsite Connected Safety, established to scale the division's commercial engine across Australia and New Zealand. As Forsite transitions from pilot-stage deployments to multi-year contracted recurring revenue, this role is responsible for converting pipeline opportunities into contracted customers, ensuring existing customers realise full value from the platform, and building the sales and marketing infrastructure that underpins sustainable, scalable growth. Based in Melbourne, you will be the bridge between our life-saving technology and our Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure clients. You will work directly with the Division Head to drive sustainable, scalable growth across Australia and New Zealand.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the ANZ Pipeline: Own and advance active opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 road construction, traffic management, and roadside assistance organisations.
  • Lead the Bid Process: Manage the end-to-end proposal and tender process, including scope of work, pricing submissions, and contract negotiations.
  • Master Customer Success: Act as the primary commercial point of contact for key accounts, driving high utilisation and preventing churn.
  • Build the Growth Engine: Develop repeatable sales frameworks, ROI models, and case studies that enable consistent, high-quality customer engagement.
  • Influence Product Evolution: Provide structured feedback to R&D teams to ensure our product roadmap is informed by real-world deployment data and customer needs.
  • Represent the Brand: Showcase Forsite’s capabilities at major industry events and safety forums to build advocacy and generate new leads.

What We're Looking For

  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven Commercial Acumen: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within SaaS, HaaS, or infrastructure sectors.
  • A Growth Mindset: Demonstrated track record of managing and growing B2B customer relationships, ideally within infrastructure, construction, safety technology, or SaaS/hardware-as-a-service environments.
  • Industry Literacy: Familiarity with the Australian road construction or civil infrastructure landscape is highly regarded
  • Strategic Bid Management: A track record of leading complex tender processes and successfully negotiating multi-year contracts is highly regarded.

What we Offer

  • Competitive salary package + short-term incentive
  • Flexible hybrid working environment
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge hardware and AI technology
  • A collaborative global team working on technology that improves road safety
