As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Customer Help Desk Support Officer to join our Customer Support team.

About the Role
As a Help Desk Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring assistance with the ClockOn suite of Payroll, HR, Rostering and Time & Attendance software.
Working alongside an experienced team, you will receive comprehensive training while developing the technical knowledge and customer service skills needed to provide exceptional support to our customers.
This is a varied role that combines problem-solving, customer interaction and technical learning, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people while continually developing their professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Providing professional customer support via phone, email and remote assistance
Assessing and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 customer enquiries
Assisting customers with Payroll, HR, Rostering and Time & Attendance software
Providing guidance on award interpretation and payroll processing within the ClockOn platform
Troubleshooting software and basic technical issues
Supporting the implementation of new customer systems
Assisting with software testing and quality assurance activities when required
Working collaboratively with our Support, Implementation and Development teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
What We're Looking For

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following would be advantageous:
Customer service or help desk support
Payroll or HR software
SQL or database applications
Basic networking or router configuration
Cloud-based software (SaaS) platforms
Payroll, HR, Rostering or Time & Attendance systems
Comprehensive product and industry training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Employment Details
Location: Erina NSW 2250
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Hybrid Work: Three days in the office and two days working from home following successful completion of initial training.
Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per annum (or commensurate with experience).
