Ready to build real systems, solve messy business problems, and learn faster than you ever have?

We are a growing consulting firm helping organisations across Australia and New Zealand improve how they work using modern SaaS platforms, automation, and AI. A core part of our work involves designing and implementing solutions using monday.com as the underlying platform.

Our clients operate across real estate, financial services, and industrial sectors.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for people who enjoy responsibility, learning quickly, and building systems that actually get used. You will be trusted with real delivery work, supported by experienced consultants, and expected to think for yourself.

Why this role is different

This is not a ticket factory or a narrow tool-specific role.

  • You will work directly with clients, not sit behind internal handovers.

  • You will be trained and supported, but expected to think for yourself.

  • You will work across multiple systems and industries, not just one platform.

  • You will be measured on outcomes and quality, not hours logged.

If you enjoy responsibility, learning quickly, and building things that actually get used, this role will suit you.

About the role

As an Implementation Consultant, you will work hands-on with clients to design and deliver practical workflow solutions that improve how their business operates.

This is a delivery-focused role with real responsibility. You will map processes, configure systems, support automations and integrations, run client sessions, and help deliver projects from planning through to go-live.

Once you commit to a deliverable, you own it. We value accountability, trust, and follow-through.

You will be trained in monday.com, our delivery frameworks, and how we approach consulting. You will also be expected to ask good questions, raise risks early, and continuously improve how we work.

What is in it for you

Learn fast on real projects

You will work on live client implementations from day one, supported by experienced consultants and proven frameworks.

Work with modern technology

Hands-on experience with monday.com, automation tools, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.

Build real consulting skills

You will learn how to understand business processes, design workable solutions, communicate clearly with clients, and manage delivery across multiple projects.

Learn how a consultancy actually works

You will gain exposure to scoping, delivery, client management, and how quality work impacts growth and profitability. You will work closely with senior consultants and the Founders.

Flexible working

Hybrid role based in Sydney. We value in-office collaboration, but outcomes matter more than being at a desk every day.

Clear growth paths

As you grow, you can specialise, move into solution design, or step into senior delivery and leadership roles.

What you will do

  • Map and understand client workflows and pain points

  • Configure monday.com boards, workflows, dashboards, and automations

  • Support end-to-end project delivery from planning to go-live

  • Assist with integrations and automation using modern tools

  • Deliver clear, practical client training to drive adoption

  • Build strong, trust-based client relationships

  • Take ownership of deliverables once committed and raise risks early

  • Document solutions and contribute to improving how we deliver work

  • Share ideas and help improve internal processes and standards

About you

We care more about how you think than what tools you have used.

You may come from

  • Consulting or professional services

  • SaaS implementation or customer success

  • Business analysis, operations, or systems roles

  • CRM or platform implementation roles

Experience we value

  • 1 to 5 years in consulting, SaaS, or delivery-focused roles

  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Microsoft Dynamics, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar

  • Exposure to automation, integrations, or AI tools

How you work

  • You care about outcomes and quality, not just ticking boxes

  • You take accountability for what you commit to

  • You do not wait to be told what to do and look for ways to add impact

  • You raise issues early rather than letting them become problems

  • You communicate clearly and make complex ideas simple

  • You bring positive energy, curiosity, and momentum to your work and your team

Nice to have but not required

  • monday.com experience or certification

  • Automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n

  • Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience

  • Hands-on experience with AI or automation technologies

Please do not apply if

  • You need constant direction or close supervision

  • You avoid responsibility or difficult conversations

  • You prefer fixed instructions over problem solving

  • You only want to work in one tool forever

  • You struggle to juggle multiple priorities

  • Effort matters more to you than outcomes

  • Learning new systems and industries feels overwhelming

If reading this excites you rather than puts you off, you will likely thrive here.
