So what's the gig?

Kolmeo is on the hunt for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to support, and eventually own, the process of getting our new customers up and running with our software.

You'll be part of the onboarding team, reporting to the Customer Onboarding Manager and working alongside the wider CX team, helping drive onboarding projects end-to-end and keeping our customers supported, informed, and moving every step of the way.


Our ideal candidate

You've had experience in property management and know the ins and outs of residential rentals, but you're ready for a new challenge away from the front lines by pivoting into the world of tech. You're someone who's built real relationships in the industry — with landlords, tenants, or other property managers — and knows exactly how they need support in their day to day, especially when things get busy.

If you've ever looked at your agency's software and thought, "I could make this better", this is your chance. No more weekend opens, late-night tenant calls, or chasing rent arrears - just using your property management know-how to help agencies get the most out of Kolmeo!


What you'll do:

  • Support, and eventually own, onboarding and implementation for new customers, from kickoff through go-live
  • Coordinate everyone involved — internally and externally — so onboarding steps land on time and nobody's left in the dark
  • Set up customer accounts, software environments, templates, and configurations to meet each customer's specific needs
  • Handle the administrative detail that keeps onboarding on track — data entry, scheduling, follow-ups, and all the unglamorous but necessary bits that come with every project
  • Keep projects on track by capturing meeting notes, sending updates, and following up on next steps and action items
  • Help deliver customer training sessions, and keep our onboarding documentation sharp and up to date
  • Bring your property management or real estate eye to continuous improvement at Kolmeo - share your thoughts on what would turn good into great!


You'll succeed if you:

  • Have experience in property management or real estate (residential rentals)
  • Have strong, demonstrated experience managing professional relationships
  • Are highly organised and detail-obsessed (the kind of person who actually reads the fine print!)
  • Have excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and everything in between
  • Are self-aware and adaptable – comfortable working with a variety of personality types
  • Are quick to learn new systems, adaptable to change, and calm under pressure
  • Are a team player with a customer-first mindset.


Jump to the top of the list if you also have ("nice-to-have's"/non-essentials):

  • Experience in onboarding, training, or customer success roles
  • Familiarity with property management software or SaaS platforms
  • Some knowledge of project management principles.
