Reporting to the Commercial Director ANZ, we're looking for an exceptional National Account Manager to lead our customer partnerships with Woolworths. This role will play a critical part in driving the next phase of growth for Remedy and Fever-Tree across the Australian market.

The Role

Woolworths continues to be one of our biggest growth opportunities, with ambitious plans already underway to expand our presence, accelerate innovation and continue disrupting the beverage category. You'll step into an established customer partnership with strong momentum and the opportunity to make a genuine commercial impact from day one.

Working at the intersection of sales, category, marketing and supply chain, you'll develop and execute strategic growth plans, identify new opportunities, lead customer engagement and deliver outstanding commercial outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves turning data into compelling stories, and is excited by the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing FMCG business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute the Woolworths channel strategy and long-term growth plan.

  • Own sales performance, trade spend investment and account profitability.

  • Monitor performance, forecasting and commercial reporting to ensure targets are achieved.

  • Use customer, shopper and category insights to identify opportunities and influence decision-making.

  • Deliver compelling category stories, presentations and growth recommendations.

  • Lead annual planning, range reviews, promotional programs and customer negotiations.

  • Build and foster relationships within Woolworths at all levels and across functions to drive the Remedy/Fever-Tree and Woolworths business.

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Category teams to deliver best-in-class activations.

  • Drive innovation opportunities, new product launches and range expansion across the account.

  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure excellent execution and customer outcomes.

 About You

You'll succeed in this role if you're equal parts strategic thinker, relationship builder and sharp commercial operator. We're looking for someone who can spot opportunities in the data, influence and partner with stakeholders with confidence and bring energy to everything they do.

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a related role.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and growth outcomes.

  • Experience working with customer and category data platforms such as Quantium, Circana or similar.

  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.

  • The ability to translate insights into compelling customer stories and recommendations.

  • Experience building relationships and influencing internal and external stakeholders.

  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong personal accountability.

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when required.

  • Curiosity, learning agility and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.

  • A passion for building brands and growing categories.
