Customer Representative Manager
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced customer service leader to join a global engineering and manufacturing organisation with a significant worldwide presence. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will drive the customer service and pricing strategy across the Australian business, leading transformational initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, operational excellence and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the long-term Customer Service and Pricing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Drive operational excellence through process optimisation, systems improvement and customer-centric initiatives.
Own pricing governance and strategy to maximise revenue opportunities while protecting margin.
Establish meaningful KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure customer experience, service performance and commercial outcomes.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement and Finance to improve business performance and remove barriers to customer success.
Lead strategic customer issue resolution and implement sustainable improvements across the organisation.
Influence organisational capability, workforce planning and succession to support future business growth.
About You
You are an experienced senior leader who combines commercial acumen with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
You will bring:
Proven leadership experience in Customer Service, Operations or a related business function.
Strong experience developing pricing strategies and commercial initiatives that improve profitability.
Demonstrated success leading organisational change, process transformation and continuous improvement programs.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
Strong analytical capability with experience using data to drive strategic decision-making.
Experience working within manufacturing, engineering or industrial products will be highly regarded.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
Experience with SAP and Microsoft 365 applications, including Power BI, will be advantageous.
