We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service from enquiry through to delivery.
As a Customer Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers, supporting them with product enquiries, order management, delivery coordination, and problem-solving. Working closely with our warehouse, logistics, procurement, and sales teams, you'll ensure every customer receives a seamless and positive experience.

Delivering exceptional customer service across phone, email, and other communication channels.
Managing customer enquiries and providing timely, accurate information.
Processing customer orders and coordinating fulfilment from start to finish.
Building strong relationships with customers and becoming a trusted point of contact.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Managing backorders, freight enquiries, returns, and replacements.
Supporting the administration and maintenance of customer records and CRM data.
Providing product recommendations and alternative solutions when required.
Contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Previous experience in customer service, customer care, internal sales, sales support, or a similar role.
A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
Experience using CRM or business systems is advantageous.
