We’re looking for a Customer Success professional to join our CS team and help manage relationships with our restaurant partners to make sure they get real results from working with AGFG.
This is a proactive role focused on retention, engagement, and growth — not passive support.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership and work directly with operators to help them maximise visibility, bookings, and value from AGFG.
Your success will directly influence client renewals, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing relationships with a portfolio of restaurant clients
Supporting onboarding and ensuring strong early engagement
Helping venues improve performance on AGFG
Running proactive check-ins with customers
Strengthening retention and renewal outcomes
Identifying opportunities for account growth
Solving problems quickly and professionally
Working closely with Sales, Editorial, and Product teams
Keeping CRM activity accurate and up to date

This is a fulltime, office based role, working from our Burleigh Waters office. An attactive salary including weekly and monthly bonuses will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
