North Adelaide, Adelaide SA

We're building something that's never existed in Australia. We need someone like you to help us bring it to the world.

Effica is the first AI-native care management platform built for the NDIS sector, and we built it right here in Adelaide.

Most software in the disability sector is old, clunky, and bolted-together. We started from scratch with one belief: nothing about the future of care should be built without AI at its core. That's why every workflow inside Effica is shaped by Effie, our AI co-pilot, handling rostering, compliance alerts, claims, and the thousand small decisions that used to drain hours out of every provider's week.

We're part of TABC Group, a family of Australian companies rebuilding the NDIS sector from the inside including Tibii (the disability service provider where we battle-test everything), and Effica (the platform itself). We're not a consultancy. We're not a re-skinned CRM. We're operators, technologists, and believers, and we're growing fast.

Now we need someone to be the friendly human voice on the other end of the line for every provider who joins us. That someone might be you.

We hire for fire, not for résumés.

89% of new hires don't fail because they lack skills, they fail because they lack the right attitude. We've flipped how we hire. We're not looking for the candidate with the longest CV. We're looking for the person with the brightest spark. The one who lights up when they talk to people. The one who asks "why?" three times in a row. The one who finishes what they start.

We'll teach you the rest, including how to work alongside an AI as your daily co-pilot, which is going to be one of the most valuable skills you can have in the next decade.

What you'll actually be doing:

- Make our customers feel seen. Be the friendly human voice for every NDIS provider who chooses Effica.
- Onboard new customers onto the platform, walk them through Effica, train them, and make sure they fall in love with it.
- Teach humans how to work with AI. You become the in-house expert on Effie, the person who shows our customers how to actually get value from working alongside an AI co-pilot.
- Drive retention by spotting unhappy customers early.
- Feed customer feedback back to our product and AI engineering teams so Effica and Effie keep getting smarter.
- Help shape the future of the NDIS sector, every conversation you have makes the platform better for thousands of providers and the participants they serve.
- Celebrate the wins, yours, your customers', the team's.

Who we're looking for:

- You light up around people. Customer-facing work energises you instead of draining you.
- You're genuinely curious — about software, about AI, about the NDIS sector, about why things work the way they do.
- You can explain complicated things in simple words without being condescending.
- You finish what you start, and you take ownership when something goes wrong.
- You're comfortable on a computer and pick up new software quickly.
- You're excited (not afraid) by the idea of working alongside AI every day.
- You write and speak English clearly and warmly.

What you don't need
- A degree. (Have one? Great. Don't have one? Equally great.)
- Prior Customer Success, SaaS, or NDIS experience. We train you.
- AI or technical experience. If you can write a good text message, you can learn to work with Effie.
- "5+ years in a similar role." If you have it, fine. If you don't, apply anyway.

What we offer
- $65,000 – $72,000 base + superannuation, depending on attitude and aptitude (not years on a CV).
- Structured 90-day training pathway — by the end of it you'll know Effica, Effie, the NDIS sector, and our customers cold.
- Clear progression to Customer Success Manager in 18–24 months for the right person, and a wider TABC Group with new roles opening up constantly.
- Mentoring directly from the founder and a small, supportive team that has each other's backs.
- Front-row seat to one of the most exciting AI products being built in Australia right now. What you learn here will be valuable for the rest of your career.
- A mission worth showing up for. Effica exists to make life genuinely better for Australians with disability — through the providers we serve. Your work moves that mission forward every day.
- Modern Adelaide office in Lightsview, in-person team, real human energy.

Why Effica & TABC Group

We're founder-led, AI-native, and unapologetically ambitious. We believe the NDIS sector deserves software that was built for it — not retrofitted from generic CRMs — and we're proving it works every day at Tibii, our sister company that runs entirely on Effica.

We've made a deliberate choice to bet on humans, not credentials. We've also made a deliberate choice to put AI at the heart of what we build, because we think it's the only way to actually fix what's broken in the sector.

If both of those choices sound like a workplace you'd want to be part of — apply.

How to apply:

Skip the generic cover letter. Instead, send us:
1. Your CV (one page is fine — we're not counting).
2. A short note (200 words max) answering: Tell us about a time you helped someone understand something they were nervous about. What did you do, and what happened?

That's it. We read every application personally. If your note makes us smile, we'll call you within five business days.

Effica and TABC Group are equal-opportunity employers. We welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disability, people of all gender identities, and people from all cultural backgrounds. If you need an adjustment to the application process, just let us know — we'll make it work.
