About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Customer Success Associate who enjoys building trusted customer relationships, solving business challenges and turning customer insight into meaningful action. This role is about much more than responding to customer requests—it's about helping customers realise the full value of MoPro while working collaboratively across the business to improve customer outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
• Build trusted relationships with customers through proactive engagement and regular business reviews.
• Help customers maximise adoption, education and measurable value from our products.
• Analyse customer, operational and support information & data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translate customer insights into practical recommendations that improve customer outcomes.
• Prepare customer health reviews, and professional customer communications.
• Work collaboratively with Support, Development, Product, Professional Services and Sales to deliver positive customer outcomes.
• Use approved AI-enabled tools to improve insight generation, communication and productivity while maintaining sound judgement and accountability.
About You
• Experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, Account Management, Customer Support or another customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Naturally curious with the ability to interpret customer information and identify meaningful trends.
• Strong relationship-building, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM platforms and modern AI-enabled tools. AutoTask is a bonus.
• Experience with ERP, SaaS or business software is highly regarded.
