Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who gets real energy from helping customers grow? At Auto-IT, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Customer Growth team — and this role is a little different from your typical account management gig.

You won't be hunting for new logos. Instead, you'll partner with an existing portfolio of automotive, agricultural, and trucking dealerships to unlock the next phase of their success with our dealer management platform — as a true growth partner, not just an account manager.

About the Role

Working hand-in-hand with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), you'll identify expansion opportunities within our existing customer base and lead those conversations through to close.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across key accounts

  • Develop strategic account growth plans tied to ROI

  • Build and manage a pipeline of value-add and consulting opportunities

  • Demo solutions, lead negotiations, and close deals

  • Champion customer advocacy and referral programmes

  • Represent Auto-IT at industry trade shows and marketing events

What Success Looks Like

You'll know you're nailing it when expansions are driven by genuine customer success stories, and every deal leaves the relationship stronger than it found it.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or solution-based sales

  • Exposure to automotive, agriculture, or trucking dealership environments (highly regarded)

  • Consultative selling skills and strong commercial storytelling ability

  • High emotional intelligence and executive presence

  • CRM rigour and a data-driven approach to forecasting

  • A genuine ability to partner with internal teams to get the best outcome for customers

A Bachelor's degree in Business is desirable, but significant industry experience is equally highly regarded.

The Package

Six-figure base salary + OTE + profit sharing.
