As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our Customer Support team within the Kidsoft brand.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Consultant (Happiness Ninja) who thrives on helping customers, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service experiences.

Key skills:

  • Previous experience within a customer service role in a call centre environment

  • Comfortable working with various support tools – phone support, email, ticketing system

  • Self motivation, resilience, time management and organisational skills as well as the ability to work autonomously

  • Previous experience working within the childcare industry advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and resolve inbound support phone calls, emails and support tickets,

  • Support the ongoing development and roll out of our product range,

  • Onboarding of new customers, including delivery of online training and support documents, 

  • Managing an already existing client base and building strong business relationships with new and existing clients, 

  • Actively promote our workplace culture and company values.

This is a full-time, primarily office-based role located in our Bella Vista office. We believe that being present in the office is key to learning the systems, building strong team relationships, and setting you up for success.

Once you are confident, self-sufficient, and fully across your responsibilities, flexibility including occasional work from home may be considered. You will be supported with ongoing mentoring and comprehensive internal training to help you succeed and continue growing in the role.
