About The Role

The Customer Success Coordinator supports customers across their entire journey with Tritech Solutions, from initial project handover through to ongoing support and services.

You will work closely with our Sales, Delivery and Service teams to ensure customers receive clear communication, timely follow-up and a professional experience at every stage.

This is not a sales role.

This is not a helpdesk role.

This is a customer-focused coordination role designed to help customers achieve successful outcomes from the services we provide.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales to Delivery

  • Coordinate customer onboarding activities
  • Prepare and manage customer handovers
  • Maintain accurate customer information in Zoho CRM
  • Assist customers through the commencement of projects

Delivery Support

  • Coordinate customer communications throughout project delivery
  • Track milestones and customer touchpoints
  • Assist with meeting scheduling and follow-up actions
  • Ensure customers understand project progress and expectations

Lifecycle & Ongoing Services

  • Support transition from project completion into ongoing support
  • Conduct customer follow-up activities
  • Track customer feedback and satisfaction
  • Identify issues and coordinate internal responses

Customer Experience

  • Be a trusted point of contact for customers
  • Ensure follow-through on commitments
  • Help create a consistent and professional customer experience
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You do not need previous experience in electronic security.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications

Desirable

  • Experience in administration, customer service or coordination
  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience working in a project, service or support environment
