At Tritech Solutions, we design, install and support electronic security systems for organisations across Healthcare, Government, Education, Commercial Property and Critical Infrastructure.

The Customer Success Coordinator supports customers across their entire journey with Tritech Solutions, from initial project handover through to ongoing support and services.
You will work closely with our Sales, Delivery and Service teams to ensure customers receive clear communication, timely follow-up and a professional experience at every stage.
This is not a sales role.
This is not a helpdesk role.
This is a customer-focused coordination role designed to help customers achieve successful outcomes from the services we provide.
You do not need previous experience in electronic security.
