About the Role:
iMile delivery is a Global express logistics company seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Management Specialist/Customer Success Coordinator to manage and grow the portfolio of small business customers/key enterprise accounts in Australia. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong commercial relationships, and helping customers optimise their logistics operations.
This role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the accounts in Australia, ensuring operational excellence while unlocking new revenue and service opportunities. This role requires a strong balance of commercial leadership, governance discipline, and cross-functional coordination.
The Job:
Drive revenue growth through proactive engagement, sales activities, and account expansion.
Own the customer relationship, serving as the primary commercial contact for your portfolio.
Lead contract renewal and pricing discussions, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
Adopt a cadence to ensure you maintain consistent contact with customers, understanding their business needs to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, opportunities, and account plans within the CRM system. Effectively manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, monitor account performance, and ensure timely follow-up on all commercial opportunities to support revenue growth and customer retention.
Expand existing contracts, increasing share of wallet through cross-sell and upsell of iMile services. Utilize reports and data to analyze opportunities and conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to ensure we stay on track.
Prospect new business and reactivate lapsed customers via phone and digital outreach.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports to support business planning and performance tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Pricing) to deliver seamless service, ensuring we knit together a well-rounded and best-in-class solution.
Continuously identify process improvements and leverage CRM insights, customer feedback, and operational data to enhance customer experience and drive long-term account growth.
Your Talents:
Customer obsessed
Deeply analytical – Data driven approach to the management of existing customers, specifically talking to commercial agreements, OTP performance and VOC insights.
Proven track record in business development within the Australian logistics or express delivery industry.
Strong local market knowledge and an established client network in the logistics / e-commerce sector.
Demonstrated proactive sales experience, including business development or customer acquisition
High level of motivation and ability to work autonomously with strong commercial focus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
