We're looking for a Customer Success & Deployment Specialist to guide venues through one of the most important stages of their journey with Paimnt: implementation, go-live and long-term success.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, managing projects and seeing customers succeed. You'll be the bridge between our customers, support team, developers and sales team, ensuring every venue receives an exceptional onboarding experience and a successful transition to Paimnt.
As a Customer Success & Deployment Specialist, you'll own the customer journey from project planning through to successful go-live and post-install stabilisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and coordinating venue deployments
Working with customers to ensure they are prepared for implementation
Managing installation schedules and project timelines
Coordinating hardware, software and configuration readiness
Assisting with onsite and remote deployments
Delivering customer training and onboarding
Supporting venues through go-live periods
Conducting follow-up reviews and ensuring customer success
Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the deployment process
Working closely with support and development teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes
Most importantly, you'll help customers gain confidence in Paimnt and ensure they achieve maximum value from the platform.
You are someone who enjoys working with people just as much as technology.
You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You'll likely have experience in one or more of the following:
Hospitality technology
POS systems
Project coordination
Customer success
Account management
Venue operations
Training and onboarding
Software implementation
Experience within hospitality venues such as clubs, pubs, restaurants or entertainment venues will be highly regarded.
