- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing internal sales support and customer service assistance
- Processing orders, invoices, credits, and account requests
- Coordinating customer orders and delivery schedules
- Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to customer requests
- Assisting with sales administration and reporting
- Following up on freight, backorders, and order status enquiries
- Maintaining customer records and account information
