We're looking for our first Customer Success Lead.

Someone who can walk into an organisation, earn trust quickly, inspire people to embrace something new and make sure Thrive becomes part of the way they work, train and live.

This isn't a support role.

It isn't account management.

And it definitely isn't sitting behind a laptop answering emails.

You'll be on the ground with customers. Running workshops. Training teams. Launching new sites. Listening. Solving problems. Creating momentum. Making sure people don't just download Thrive, but actually use it.

You'll help gyms engage their members.

You'll help businesses improve the wellbeing of their employees.

You'll become the person our customers call before they call anyone else.

What You'll Do

Your mission is simple.

Make every customer successful.

That means you'll:

  • Lead customer implementations from planning through to launch.

  • Build rollout plans that create excitement, not confusion.

  • Deliver engaging workshops, onboarding sessions and training.

  • Help members, customers and employees understand the value of Thrive and keep coming back.

  • Work alongside leaders to drive adoption and long-term engagement.

  • Visit customers regularly and become a trusted advisor.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and retention.

  • Gather customer feedback and work closely with our Product team to make Thrive even better.

  • Create launch campaigns and engagement initiatives that bring Thrive to life.

  • Help build a Customer Success function that customers genuinely enjoy working with.




Who You Are

You're probably not looking for another Customer Success job.

Experience in Customer Success, Implementation, SaaS, Health Technology, Fitness, Wellness or Change Management would be highly regarded.

Gold Coast based

✈ Regular travel throughout Australia

$110,000-$130,000 + Super + Performance Bonus
