Customer Success Lead β VETos Australia.
At Supahuman, we build AI operating systems for complex, regulated industries. Our flagship product, VETos, is what vocational education providers run on β automating assessment design, learning design, compliance documentation, and operational workflow. Customers go from six weeks to minutes on the work they do every day. Every output is audit-defensible and regulator-ready.
We don't build for a faceless market. VETos gets built with the sector β alongside RTOs, TAFEs, PTEs, compliance specialists, and instructional designers, in the work itself. We've now broken into the Australian market, and we're looking for the person who'll own how it grows.
This isn't a support role. It's the whole customer journey β from first conversation through onboarding, adoption, and expansion. You'll be working with TAFEs, RTOs, and VET providers across Australia as they embed AI into how they design, develop, and deliver training.
The right person knows this sector. They understand the RTO environment, speak the language of compliance and assessment, and know what it takes to get a training organisation to actually change how it works β not just sign up for something.
You'll be rolling your sleeves up from day one. We're early in this market, which means breadth comes with the territory. But the groundwork you lay shapes the team, the playbook, and ultimately where the AU business goes.
What you'll be doing:
β Converting inbound interest into committed customers
β Running structured onboarding across multiple providers
β Driving real adoption β not just logins, but workflow change
β Building trusted relationships at operational and executive levels
β Bringing the voice of the AU customer back to our product and delivery teams
What we're looking for:
β 5+ years in Australian VET β ideally across training and assessment design, compliance, or RTO operations
β 3+ years in customer success, onboarding, or implementation in a tech business
β Someone who sees the breadth of this role as the opportunity, not the catch
Based in Sydney. Hybrid with an in-office bias.
