Since launch, the Landchecker business has grown and expanded - evolving the product offering and servicing clients across the entire spectrum of the property industry on a National basis.
To support this continued growth, Landchecker is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the team. This person will play a central role in the success of our customers - and in turn, our business - by owning the full post-sale experience: from onboarding new accounts through to retention, renewal, and identifying growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship-builder with a genuine curiosity about their customers' businesses and challenges. You'll be organised, commercially driven, and motivated by seeing accounts succeed. Strong communication skills are essential - this role involves regular interaction with customers across the Australian property industry, from conveyancers and valuers through to large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
As the Customer Success Manager, your core responsibilities will span the full customer lifecycle:
Onboarding & Activation
- Own the onboarding experience for new accounts, ensuring customers reach value quickly and confidently
- Drive adoption of the Landchecker platform - including document search products - through proactive, guided activation and training
- Build strong relationships with key contacts from day one, setting the tone for a long-term partnership
Renewals & Retention
- Manage renewal pipelines across your portfolio, proactively identifying and addressing at-risk accounts
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and health assessments to maintain high engagement
Growth & Expansion
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across your portfolio and collaborate with the Sales team to bring these to close
- Champion adoption of Landchecker's document search product as a key growth lever within new and existing accounts
- Become a subject matter expert - understanding a diverse customer base and how Landchecker can continue to add value to their business
Collaboration & Operations
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product - acting as the voice of the customer and contributing to the overall success of the business
- Maintain accurate customer data, including activity records, and renewal forecasts
- Contribute to CS team processes and playbooks as we continue to scale
Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role
- Excellent social, interpersonal, and communication skills - confident in QBRs, phone calls, online presentations, and in-person meetings
- Commercially-minded team player, with an ability to identify growth opportunities and work collaboratively with Sales to act on them
- Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and an appetite for learning in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Bonus points for:
- Experience in PropTech or a data-driven SaaS platform
- Familiarity with the Australian property industry — conveyancers, valuers, developers, or real estate professionals
