We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Melbourne team. In this strategic role, you’ll support a portfolio of private schools across the east coast of Australia, driving retention, product adoption, and growth in collaboration with our sales team.

We are seeking someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and confident leading high‑level conversations. You’ll bring energy, diplomacy, and a solutions-focused mindset that strengthens our team culture and creates meaningful value for customers.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of education customers and support their long-term success
  • Lead customer adoption initiatives and identify opportunities for growth
  • Conduct strategic reviews and guide customers through best practices
  • Collaborate with sales, onboarding, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless experience
  • Act as a point of escalation and help resolve complex challenges
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor customer health and engagement
  • Contribute to team culture and continuous improvement

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong understanding of retention strategies and customer lifecycle management
  • Ability to influence outcomes and lead strategic conversations
  • Experience working with SaaS solutions or in the education sector is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
