About you:
Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) in a similar customer-facing role is highly regarded;
Strong understanding of Cyber Security principles and IT infrastructure;
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and networking basics;
Excellent communication skills; clear, friendly, and professional;
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
About the role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the face of Ever Nimble for our customers - building trust, driving value, and helping them succeed with technology.
Collaborate closely with customers to develop and maintain Cyber Security and IT roadmaps;
Assist in selecting and implementing new technologies and services;
Lead monthly customer meetings to review performance, discuss goals, and identify opportunities;
Provide IT and Cyber Health reporting to help customers stay informed and secure;
Support sales activities by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to proposals;
Deliver end-user training to empower teams and improve adoption;
Be a proactive problem-solver and a clear communicator who translates tech into business value.
