Client Success Manager - Marketing Agency [REMOTE / NZ & AU APPLICANTS ONLY]

Help Australian mortgage brokers grow through digital marketing while earning $80K-$110K AUD OTE

About Us:

Brighter Brokers is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specialising in lead generation for Australian mortgage brokers. We manage campaigns for brokers across the nation, and we're scaling fast.

The Role:

• Manage clients as their main point of contact and success coach
• Conduct check-in calls and keep clients informed on performance
• Respond to client questions via Slack
• Flag at-risk accounts early and work with media buying team to resolve issues
• Implement retention and upsell strategies

What We Need:

• Account management or client-facing experience (agency background a bonus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Genuine interest in digital marketing
• Excellent English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable owning client relationships independently
• Available 9 AM - 5 PM AEST (Sydney time)

Compensation:

• Base + OTE: $80K-$110K AUD yearly
• $200/month per client retained (retention bonus)
• $500/month no-churn bonus
• Performance reviewed at 3 and 6 months

Key Performance Targets:

• Keep monthly churn below 10%
• Maintain client satisfaction across all active accounts
• Flag at-risk clients before they escalate

100% remote, full-time position. No marketing degree required - just great people skills and a strong work ethic.
