Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist. The Environmental Health Safety Specialist will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety programs in compliance with regulatory standards, conducting workplace safety trainings, and developing strategies to mitigate occupational hazards. Key responsibilities include assessing occupational and environmental risks, performing safety audits, and ensuring an organization-wide culture of safety and compliance. Collaboration with stakeholders to maintain a safe and healthy work environment is central to this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Health & Safety, Workplace Safety, and Occupational Health
• Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles
• Ability to design and deliver comprehensive Safety Training programs
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in health and safety standards
• Excellent risk assessment and problem-solving skills
• A degree or certification in Occupational Health, Environmental Safety, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in diverse and dynamic workplace environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
