We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager / Relationship Manager / Account Manager to join our growing team in Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them maximize value from our products and services while identifying opportunities to enhance their overall experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and support needs.

Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and proactive engagement.

Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.

Assist customers with onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.

Track customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.

Maintain accurate customer records and account activities within CRM systems.

Prepare reports, account reviews, and customer success updates as required.

Support business development initiatives and contribute to achieving team targets.
