About Us

Global Waste Services is an established South East Queensland business backed by 8 years of industry experience.

We specialise in liquid waste management and portable sanitation, supplying and servicing portable toilets, showers and waste tanks across SEQ.

Think professional presentation, premium equipment, strong customer service and zero shortcuts.

We service thousands of sites each week and work with builders, civil contractors, renovation projects, event organisers, major infrastructure projects and some of Queensland’s largest and most trusted hire companies.

We are growing fast because our team delivers. Our standards are high, our customer relationships matter, and we are building something we are proud of.

Right now, we are based in Thornlands, with the role progressing to Loganholme as we build our new purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility.

About The Role

As our Customer Success Officer / Office Coordinator, you will help set the daily rhythm of the customer experience.

You will work alongside customer service, scheduling and logistics to make sure communication is clear, service feels seamless and our customers continue to feel looked after from start to finish.

This role is part customer advocate, part team connector, part office organiser and part culture champion.

No two days are the same. Every day brings new conversations, new priorities and new chances to help a great operation become even sharper.

Help protect and strengthen the service experience our customers already trust.

Support Seamless Service Delivery
Work closely with customer service, scheduling and logistics so information flows clearly and the team can keep moving with confidence.

Turn Feedback Into Progress
Listen carefully to customers and the team, spot useful patterns and help turn insight into practical improvements.

Keep Standards High
Bring pride, diligence and follow-through to the details that shape a premium customer and team experience.

Sales or customer-facing experience would be valued.
