Hunter Recruitment Group is proud to partner with Kurri Kurri Community Services (KKCS) to recruit a Customer Success Officer!
KKCS is a trusted not-for-profit organisation supporting people across the Hunter through Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care and Community Services.

We're seeking a warm, organised and customer focused professional to become the first point of contact for people accessing these important services.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients, families and referrers, you'll help people access the right supports while providing administrative assistance across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing inbound phone enquiries
  • Providing information about services and supports
  • Assisting clients and their families to navigate available services
  • Maintaining accurate client records and notes
  • Coordinating follow up actions and enquiries
  • Escalating complex matters to the appropriate team
  • Providing general administrative support as required
About You
You may come from customer service, reception, administration, retail, hospitality, healthcare or community services.
We're looking for someone who:
  • Communicates confidently and professionally
  • Is warm, approachable and empathetic
  • Has exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong administration and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Can accurately document information and maintain records
  • Learns new systems and processes quickly
  • Enjoys problem solving and helping others
  • Contributes positively to a team environment
Experience within Disability, Allied Health, NDIS or Aged Care is highly regarded but not essential.

  • National Criminal History Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Qualifications desirable but not essential, in business admin, community services or related fields
