Farm Door Riverina is a family-owned regional food business delivering chef-prepared, nutritious meals from locally sourced ingredients to older Australians in their own homes.

We're growing our Support at Home meals program and need the right person to manage existing clients, build our pharmacy and provider network, and drive participation across the region.


About the Role

A busy, hands-on role across four areas:

40% — Customer Success & Retention Own the existing client base. Monitor ordering behaviour, proactively call disengaged customers, build relationships with clients, carers and families, and lift active participation from 65% to 80%+.

25% — Partnerships & Business Development Build and manage relationships with pharmacies, home care providers and care coordinators. Develop referral pathways that bring new clients into the program.

20% — Customer Service Be the first point of contact for client and partner enquiries. Resolve issues quickly and ensure every interaction leaves people feeling supported.

15% — Administration & Compliance Support invoicing, reporting and customer records in line with Support at Home program requirements.


About You

You've likely worked as a Home Care Coordinator, Client Services Manager, or in a pharmacy or community care relationship role. You're comfortable picking up the phone, building trust quickly and working independently.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in aged care, home care, pharmacy or a related field

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach

  • Confidence with digital platforms and online systems

  • Excellent organisation and follow-through

Experience with Home Care Packages or Support at Home is highly regarded.

Location: Wagga Wagga, NSW — on-site Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 + super + performance incentives
