As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is a diverse and customer-facing role that sits at the centre of our customer lifecycle.
You'll work closely with prospective and existing customers to deliver demonstrations, onboard new clients, provide training, develop customer resources, and help drive adoption of our products.
No two days will look the same. One day you might be delivering a product demonstration to a prospective client. The next you could be leading a customer training session, developing onboarding resources, or helping launch a new AI capabilities.
You are:
Experience in customer success, onboarding, implementation, training, SaaS, workers compensation, personal injury, insurance, or related industries will be highly regarded.
