As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.


About the Role

This is a diverse and customer-facing role that sits at the centre of our customer lifecycle.


You'll work closely with prospective and existing customers to deliver demonstrations, onboard new clients, provide training, develop customer resources, and help drive adoption of our products.


No two days will look the same. One day you might be delivering a product demonstration to a prospective client. The next you could be leading a customer training session, developing onboarding resources, or helping launch a new AI capabilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver product demonstrations for prospective customers
  • Lead onboarding and implementation activities for new clients
  • Deliver customer training and enablement sessions
  • Create and maintain customer documentation and knowledge resources
  • Develop onboarding frameworks and scalable training content
  • Support proposal responses and pre-sales activities
  • Configure demo environments and customer scenarios
  • Support customers to maximise adoption and value from our platforms


About You

You are:

  • A confident communicator and presenter
  • Passionate about customer outcomes
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable facilitating training and workshops
  • Curious, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Excited by technology and innovation


Experience in customer success, onboarding, implementation, training, SaaS, workers compensation, personal injury, insurance, or related industries will be highly regarded.
