The Workwear Shed is one of South East Queensland’s fastest-growing independent suppliers of Workwear, PPE and Uniform Solutions.
We’re a proudly family-owned business that’s been helping Australian businesses since 2007.
Our customers range from small local tradies through to large national companies, and they keep coming back because of one thing… We genuinely care.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for another great person to join our Customer Success Team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Every day is different, but your role will include:
Helping customers over the phone, email and in person
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Providing product advice and solutions
Working closely with our sales, warehouse and production teams
Assisting retail showroom customers
Following up enquiries and ensuring customers are looked after
Resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism
General administration and customer support
Hours
Monday to Friday
7:30am – 4:00pm or 8:30 - 5:00pm
Optional Saturday shifts available
