Challenging but rewarding opportunity to become part of a supportive and professional team based in Brisbane's South. As a PFM Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of established clients and serving as their primary point of contact.
Role Details:
We’re a diverse National Sensitive Freight Company looking for a goal orientated, self-motivated customer service professional to join our busy team located at Berrinba. The successful applicant will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understand the client’s business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives. You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Key Account Managers, Customer Service, Technical Support, Warehouse and Operational teams Nationally to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Your duties will include but not restricted to:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand clients’ business goals and challenges and provide strategic guidance and solutions.
Schedule jobs based on clients’ requirements and in accordance with the National operational service schedule.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Proactively address clients’ concerns or issues and ensure their satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver regular reports to internal stakeholders.
Manually enter jobs into the WMS / Freight platform where required.
Manage client projects end-to-end; i.e Quote jobs, enter bookings manually / via EDI file upload, monitor bookings, and liaise with client’s regarding schedule changes / delays.
The ideal candidate would need the following skills and abilities:
Proven experience in customer service or in a similar client-facing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Have a friendly but confident manner when handling customer enquiries.
Be a good team player who thinks outside the square.
Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude.
Proactive and results-orientated with strong prioritization skills.
Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Versatility to manage a wide range of projects, and new requirements whilst maintaining company policy and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to follow directions.
Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
Training on in-house systems provided. Previous experience in a similar role within Transport and Logistics is an advantage, however not required.
