Executive Chef – Lulu's
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef who loves leading a team, creating unforgettable experiences, and is ready to take on a fast-paced established catering team and restaurant.
We're looking for an Executive Chef to manage kitchen operations across our Lulu's Catering Division and oversee all food and beverage elements of Lulus. You'll recruit and train kitchen staff, control food and labour costs oversee inventory and ordering, maintain HACCP compliance, ensure consistence, manage and drive the front of house team for customer success.
You'll work directly under the Chief Operating Officer, manage multiple kitchen teams and front of house teams, develop menus, and lead a team environment where people love coming to work.
We run five amazing wedding venues across NSW – The Lodge Jamberoo, The Woods, The Cove Jervis Bay, The Merribee and The Sienna Hunter Valley. We are serious about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
