Oolio | Swiftpos is an Australian owned Point of Sale company, with offices across Australia, the UK and the US. Our fully integrated business solutions are well known within the stadia space and cater specifically to the food and beverage sectors in the sports and leisure space. For the past thirty years our technology systems have underpinned some of the biggest venues in Australia, and around the world. We are currently looking for a tech savvy hospitality professional, who is looking to make the make the move into a corporate role. As a customer onboarding consultant, you will ensure that our client’s key staff are trained, are set up for success. You will coach and drive their teams and stakeholders on all processes which are critical for their and day to day activities, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for our hospitality customers.
Our ideal candidate will have:
A strong understanding of P.O.S and hospitality practices and environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage concurrent and competing priorities.
The skill to be able to communicate with technical and non-technical clients.
The capacity to drive customer onboarding and effective software adoption, with hospitability end users.
Be able to deliver training plans and sessions to customers to empower their use of our software and hardware.
The ability to share information learned with team members into a company wide knowledge base.
At least three or more years' experience as an assistant venue manager.
Proven experience in staff training would be highly regarded
An eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment with the support of a collaborative team.
Permanent working rights in Australia.
A current Australian driving licence, would be a bonus.
