The role — and where it goes

Our Customer Success team is growing fast, and we want someone sharp and switched-on to grow with it.

You'll be the person venues reach when they need a hand, the one who gets new customers up and flying, and the one who spots trouble before it turns into a goodbye. Support, onboarding, retention — a bit of everything, done properly.

This is day one of a real career path. Do it well and you'll grow into a specialist or team lead as the department expands — and you'll be rewarded for the results you bring. Back yourself and there's plenty of room to climb.

On-site at our Gold Coast office.

What you'll do

  • Answer support tickets and live chat — fast, friendly, no runaround

  • Onboard new venues: set them up, show them the ropes, get them to their first win fast

  • Check in on customers and head off problems before they grow

  • Keep our help articles sharp and up to date

  • Carry what you hear from customers back to product and marketing

  • Own the outcome, not just the ticket

Who you are

  • Warm, upbeat and genuinely good with people — you bring the energy

  • You've worked in customer support, success, account management or hospitality

  • You've got that hospo instinct: look after people, read the room, sort it on the spot

  • You take ownership — when something goes wrong, you're already fixing it

  • You say it straight: no jargon, no fluff, no hiding behind policy

  • You pick up new software quickly and aren't fazed by tech — happy in front of a computer all day

  • You want to grow, and you'll back yourself to do it
