ARCway Careers has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Success Trainee to join a supportive team based in Salisbury, QLD. This full-time traineeship offers hands-on experience in a professional office environment while you complete a Certificate III in Business.

About the Role
As a Customer Success Trainee, you'll support customers and the wider team with a range of administration and customer service tasks, including:
- Speaking with customers over the phone and via email
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
- Preparing reports and completing general administration
- Filing and organising documentation
- Assisting the team with day-to-day office duties
**Full training will be provided**
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident speaking with people
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Reliable with a positive attitude
- Eager to learn and build a long-term career
**Previous office experience is not required.**
