Customer Support & Growth Coordinator

Part-Time | 20 Hours Per Week | Mon - Friday flexible times between 8am -1pm

Canteen Hub is a growing school lunch ordering platform that connects schools, parents, and food providers through innovative technology. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making things happen.

This is a varied and hands-on role that combines customer support, school onboarding, account management, administration, and business growth. You'll work closely with our leadership team to ensure schools and users have an exceptional experience while helping us continue to scale.

About the Role

As our Customer Success & Growth Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a key role in ensuring schools successfully adopt and use the platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support to schools, parents, and food suppliers.

  • Assisting with onboarding new schools and platform users.

  • Responding to phone, email, and online enquiries.

  • Following up sales enquiries and prospective school accounts.

  • Analysing platform data and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Troubleshooting issues and coordinating solutions with our technical team.

  • Assisting with customer retention and engagement initiatives.

  • Contributing ideas to improve systems, processes, and customer experience.

  • Supporting marketing and business growth activities as required.

About You

You are someone who:

  • Loves helping people and building strong relationships.

  • Has exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Is organised, proactive, and highly reliable.

  • Enjoys problem-solving and finding practical solutions.

  • Is confident using technology and learning new systems.

  • Can work independently while remaining a strong team player.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

  • Has experience in customer service, account management, administration, education, hospitality, SaaS, or technology-based businesses.

  • Possesses a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.

  • Demonstrates preferably SaaS or technology sector experience.

  • Is specifically looking for a long-term part-time role and can work mornings between 8:00am and 1:00pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Must be an Australian citizen with full work rights.

Hours & Flexibility

  • Approximately 20 hours per week.

  • Core availability required between 8:00am and 1:00pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Flexible work arrangements available around these hours.
